Where do you deliver scooters in Bali?+
We deliver across Bali — Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Uluwatu, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Denpasar and the airport. We also cover Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Lombok with our partner shops.
Is delivery to my hotel or villa really included?+
Yes. The delivery fee is shown upfront and most accommodations in our core areas qualify for free or low-cost delivery. The bike is brought directly to your door — no need to find the shop.
How fast can I get a scooter delivered?+
If you book before our last delivery slot of the day, you can usually get a bike the same day. Otherwise, schedule it for tomorrow or for the exact time your flight lands.
What's included with the delivery?+
Two helmets, a phone holder, a sanitized bike with a full tank, and a 2-minute handover with our partner. Roadside assistance is included for free on every booking.
Can I get the scooter picked up too?+
Absolutely. At the end of your rental we collect the bike from the same address — or another one if you've moved hotels. Just let us know.
