Vroam delivers bikes to your accommodation or a designated location within our service area. You must be present at the agreed delivery address during the selected time slot.

Bikes must be returned by the agreed date and time. If you do not return the bike on time, or if you cannot be reached by phone, WhatsApp, or email at the scheduled return time:

• Each additional day of late return will be charged automatically to the credit card on file at a rate of 1,000,000 IDR per day per scooter, with no prior notification required.
• If you are unreachable by phone, WhatsApp, or email at the scheduled return time, the bike will be automatically reported as stolen to local authorities, with processing fees of 750,000 IDR.
• If the bike needs to be recovered and picked up by our team, an additional recovery fee of 1,500,000 IDR per bike applies.
• Vroam may also automatically charge a security deposit to the credit card on file to cover potential damage, recovery, or replacement of the bike while it remains unreturned.

By completing a booking, you authorize Vroam to charge the credit card on file for any extended rental days, deposits, and recovery fees as described above. If you'd like to extend your rental at the regular rate, please use the "Extend Rental" feature in your dashboard before the return date.

To legally operate a motorbike in Bali, you are required to hold:

• A valid driving license from your home country (category A / motorcycle), AND
• An International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle endorsement.

Riding without a valid license may void your protection coverage and expose you to fines from local authorities. Vroam assumes no liability for customers operating vehicles without proper documentation.

Damage liability is governed by the protection plan you selected during checkout. Please refer to our Protection Plans & Policy page for full details on coverage, franchise amounts, and claim procedures.

You are responsible for the bike during the entire rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported to Vroam within 24 hours.

Bikes are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the bike is returned without a full tank, a refueling fee may be applied.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a bike through Vroam.
• The rented bike may only be operated by the person named in the booking. Subleasing, lending, or allowing unauthorized persons to ride the bike is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of this clause voids all protection coverage and makes you fully liable for any damage or loss.

In the event that the rental cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest — Vroam will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
