Your Vroam account is the home base for your Bali scooter rental. Sign in to view your upcoming and past bookings, see exact pickup or delivery times, message your assigned shop, and track WhatsApp updates from our support team. You can also extend your rental in a few taps if you decide to stay longer, switch to a different model, change your return address, download invoices for expense reports, and rate your bike at the end of your trip.
Vroam uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email and we'll send you a magic link plus a 6-digit code — pick whichever is easier. Sessions stay active for a year, so you only need to sign in once per device. If you booked with WhatsApp on file, we'll also send the link there for one-tap access on your phone.
Vroam is Bali's trusted scooter rental marketplace, with free delivery to your hotel or villa, no deposit required, and damage protection available. You don't need an account to book — one is created automatically when you complete your first reservation. Explore what's available below:
