Instead of dealing with a single street rental, customers compare real-time prices and availability from 50+ partner shops. Every booking includes free delivery to the customer's hotel/villa, two helmets, a phone holder, free cancellation, roadside assistance, and 24/7 WhatsApp support. No passport deposit, no cash deposit, no hidden fees. Default currency is IDR (Indonesian Rupiah); EUR, USD, AUD, GBP also supported (2.6% conversion fee).

## Damage Protection

Caps customer liability at 500,000 IDR for any damage to the scooter (scratches, dents, body damage, mirrors, plastics). Theft, third-party injury, and reckless driving are excluded — see /protection-policy. Roadside assistance is always included free.

## Booking flow (5 steps, ~2 minutes)
1. Search: enter delivery location + dates on /search — see all available bikes from 50+ shops with live prices
2. Choose bike(s): pick model and quantity; price updates instantly (protection NOT yet added)
3. Delivery: choose 3-hour delivery slot, enter hotel/villa address (Google autocomplete) and WhatsApp number
4. Protect your ride: Damage Protection pre-selected; can decline to keep only the included Roadside Assistance
5. Pay: Stripe embedded checkout in IDR (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, etc.). Magic-link account auto-created.

After payment: instant email + WhatsApp confirmation, delivery details shared with the assigned partner shop, and a contact for the delivery driver sent ~1h before the slot.

## Extending a rental
Customers can extend any active booking from their dashboard. Pricing recalculates against current category-based daily rates and respects the original booking's protection choice.
